The CAVE© Questionnaire for Social Moral Virtues is a personalized learning tool for virtues’ development rather than a psychometric assessment; your answers are not used to classify you in predetermined categories of personal profiles, but rather to outline your unique personal Social Virtues’ profile. The CAVE Report© for Social Moral Virtues, automatically developed by the completion of the homonymous CAVE Questionnaire©, will offer you the corresponding universal and timelesss criteria for sustainable performance in every context, and will guide your development into a sustainable leader. It aims to help you understand how your social moral dispositions in the way you perceive, interpret and respond to stimuli promote or impair your internal balance as well as your external balance with other environmental and social systems, defining so your sustainability and the sustainable development overall. Also, it will help you clarify how your social moral dispositions affect your effectiveness and efficiency in every context and your individual wellbeing.
It includes:
- Descriptions of 6 Social Moral Virtues; Honesty for Oneself, Honor, Humor, Friendliness, Fairness, and Magnanimity
- Descriptions of the Social Moral Virtues’ criteria that you meet (strengths) and those criteria that you don’t meet (weaknesses)
- Insight to possible consequences of your individual weaknesses in each of these virtues
